International Shipping

The book has now been shipped to 15 countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, England, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Norway, Russia, Spain, Switzerland and the USA! Those of you outside the US and Canada have to expect a 4-6 weeks (and maybe more) delay before receiving your book since it is sent by surface mail. If you want to have it sent by plane and do not mind the extra cost, write, I will give you the prices and have a Paypal invoice sent to you with the new price.
